GlyphGuard is operated by spun-develop ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how GlyphGuard collects, stores, uses, and shares information when you use the game.

a. Gameplay and local save data

GlyphGuard stores gameplay progress on your device. This may include game progress, currencies, heroes, upgrades, shop state, settings, cooldowns, and other gameplay-related state needed for the game to function.

b. Account and sign-in data

If you sign in with Google or Google Play Games Services, we process identifiers needed to authenticate your account and support game features such as sign-in and cloud save.

c. Cloud save data

If you use cloud save, gameplay progress may be uploaded to and restored from Google Play Games Services Saved Games or related Google account services.

d. Purchase and entitlement data

If you make purchases, purchase-related information may be processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat in order to validate purchases, unlock content, manage entitlements, and support restore flows.

e. Advertising and consent data

GlyphGuard uses Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements. AdMob and related Google services may process advertising-related data, which can include advertising identifiers, device and app information, approximate location signals, and performance or interaction data needed to serve, measure, and protect ads.

GlyphGuard also uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage user consent and privacy choices where required.

f. Analytics and service usage data

GlyphGuard uses Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics, Authentication, and Cloud Functions. These services may process app usage, diagnostics, device/app information, sign-in state, and operational data needed to run and improve the game.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate the game and save your progress;
• authenticate players and support cloud save;
• process purchases and premium entitlements;
• display rewarded ads and manage ad-related rewards;
• request and store privacy choices where required by law;
• analyze app stability, usage, and feature performance;

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information directly. However, information may be shared with the service providers listed above to operate the game, process purchases, provide cloud save, deliver ads, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Local gameplay data remains on your device unless you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Cloud save, account, purchase, analytics, and advertising-related data may be retained by the relevant third-party service providers according to their own retention rules and legal requirements.

7. Your Choices

• You can play locally without signing in, subject to available game functionality.
• You can sign in or out of supported account services where available.
• You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your Android device settings.
• You may be able to manage privacy choices through in-app consent flows where required.
• You can clear local app data from your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

GlyphGuard is not intended for use by children where prohibited by applicable law. If you believe personal data has been provided inappropriately, please contact us.

9. International Processing

Third-party services used by GlyphGuard may process data on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the game, you understand that data may be processed in other jurisdictions subject to applicable safeguards and provider policies.
